Upon receiving the notice of claim the claimant customer will require to submit a complete claim form with below documents to the Insurance company
FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS WILL BE REQUIRED BY THE CLAIMANT CUSTOMER:
Upon receiving the above documents, claim will be registered and surveyor will be appointed under the advice of the bank by the insurance company The claim will be settled and deposited to the account holders account within 10 working days once all claim assessment documents are obtained from the customer
