Spending Criteria

Entry Logic:

• Reaching your tier target during the campaign period = Single entry into the campaign draw. (e.g., Platinum at 1,200,000 = 1 entry)
• Double the spend = double the entries (e.g., Platinum at PKR 2,400,000 = 2 entries).
• Additional multiples of the target keep adding entries.

Winner Selection Methodology:

• Eligible cardholders meeting spend targets are entered into a random draw.
• Each additional multiple of the target adds an extra entry
• Winners will be contacted by HBL representative on their registered mobile number/email

Terms & Conditions

General:

The campaign is brought to you by HBL in collaboration with FIFA and Visa.

• The offer is valid for all HBL Visa Green, Gold, and Platinum Credit Cards.
  MasterCard CreditCards are not included in this campaign.
• Campaign duration will be 15^th January 2026 – 31^st March 2026. The winners will be selected as per the defined spending criteria in the month of April.
• The list of winners will be officially announced on HBL’s social media pages after the campaign period.
• Winners will be contacted via phone call and email from official HBL touchpoints to request customers for documents required to complete requirements.
• HBL will offer sponsored hospitality packages to customers and their guests. In case of unforeseen circumstances, any miscellaneous costs will be borne by the cardholder. If a customer wishes to extend their stay, additional costs will also be borne by the cardholder.
• If the prize cannot be utilized due to unforeseen circumstances, HBL reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible customer at its sole discretion.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be changed, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
• Hospitality packages include airport transfers, airfare, match tickets, hotel accommodation, and prepaid gift vouchers.
• Winners will be selected through a computerized lucky draw based on cumulative international spending during the campaign period.
• Winners must have a valid CNIC, passport, and email address, and must present their CNIC to collect the prize.
• By participating, customers consent to HBL using their names and pictures for promotional purposes.
• This is a limited-time promotional offer, and HBL reserves the right to modify or terminate the offer without prior notice.

• HBL will assist customers in completing the visa process for the respective country; however, visa approval is not guaranteed and depends on the security protocols of the respective country.

• Shortlisted winners will receive a letter through the Orchestrate portal. It is the winner’s responsibility to manage the visa processing and it’s cost from designated embassy for both themselves and their guest.

• In case of visa rejection, HBL, FIFA, or Visa will not be liable for any damages, and the customer’s entry will be considered void.
• Staff of HBL and its subsidiaries are not eligible for this campaign.
• The campaign is applicable to customers residing in Pakistan only.
• HBL is not liable for any harm, loss, tax, cost, or expense incurred by the winner or customer with respect to the prize.
• Associated taxes, visa costs, and other expenses will be borne by the winner.
• If the winner cannot be reached after three attempts, the entry will be deemed canceled and the prize will be subject to a re-draw.
• It is mandatory for winners to avail one ticket themselves. The second ticket may be availed by their spouse, blood relatives, or a friend. Winners cannot transfer their prize or match tickets to anyone else if they are unable to travel.
• Winners must inform HBL within one (1) day of confirmation if they are unable to attend the matches or avail the prize. In such cases, the entry will be revoked and a new winner will be selected via re-draw.
• All entries must comply with the campaign’s eligibility terms.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its civil courts.

Spend Criteria:

• Customers spending equal to or greater than the specified amount will be eligible for lucky draw entry
• At the end of the campaign, 11 lucky winners will be selected through a computerized draw. HBL’s decision will be final and binding. Each winner can invite one guest to accompany them for the FIFA matches. It is responsibility of the winner(s) to provide valid CNIC, passport, mobile number and email address to HBL to confirm their attendance. Associated visa cost, tax or other miscellaneous expenses of their guest will not be covered by HBL.
• Only the primary cardholder is eligible for the draw. Supplementary card spends will count toward the primary cardholder’s entry.
• Customers delinquent on card payments (more than 30 days past due) during the campaign or at the time of the draw will not be eligible.
• Both local and international spend will be considered.
• Cash advances & instalment transaction (HIP) will not be included in this campaign
• HBL reserves the right to substitute prizes or disqualify entries in case of misuse or fraud.

No change requests regarding FIFA World Cup 2026 match date or time will be entertained
