EACH PLAN SUITED TO YOUR NEEDS
Employees are required to maintain average balance for 3 consecutive months in their HBL@Work current account and HBL@Work Islamic account to avail the benefits.

Free Takaful Plan for HBL @Work Customers
HBL @Work Islamic Customers maintaining their Islamic accounts with HBL are now offered a comprehensive takaful plan customized to their needs, covering hospital cash coverage, Sehat Kahani (telehealth service), and critical illness.

Enrollment in the plan is on a monthly basis subject to balance maintenance. Employees will receive Push Notification via HBL Mobile App once they become eligible for the insurance benefit.
Yes, you will still be eligible for our exclusive insurance offering since this is an add-on benefit under HBL’s employee banking solution.
No. Your spouse and children are not covered under this plan. Specifically, you being the accountholder are eligible for this insurance plan.
No. You are covered for both Panel and Non-Panel Hospitals but they should be registered medical practitioner.
No. This plan doesn’t cover child delivery cases.
If you are diagnosed with a critical illness, payment will be made to you within 15 working days in the form of upfront Lumpsum amount.
No. In case you are hospitalized, the amount will be re-imbursed to you once you submit the required documents.
No you will not be de-enrolled. Once your profile is successfully created on Sehat Kahani, your profile will not be deleted and you can continue availing the benefit of Sehat Kahani.
Yes, Critical Care includes any pre existing condition to the accountholder and provides coverage in diagnosis of any of the listed illnesses.
In case of hospitalization, once you report the incident within 30 days of hospitalization, Insurance company will share acknowledgement of the claim within 2 working days via email. Insurance company with you and require the relevant documents for claim assessment. The final decision with respect to the claim will be communicated to you by the Insurance Company directly within 3 weeks from receipt of all required documents. Thereafter, the claim will be settled in 48 hours via cheque.
