Q. Who is eligible to participate in this campaign?

All HBL customers who use their HBL Mastercard Debit Card for POS or E-commerce transactions of PKR 10,000 or above are eligible.

Q. What types of transactions are included?

Only POS (in-store purchases) and E-commerce (online purchases) are eligible. Transactions such as ATM withdrawals, wallet loads, or fund transfers do not qualify.

Q. How many times can I enter the lucky draw?

Each qualifying transaction of PKR 10,000 or more counts as one entry. There’s no limit the more you spend, the more chances you have to win!

Q. What is the prize?

Winners will receive an iPhone 16 (256 GB, Black – PTA Approved).

Q. When will the campaign start and end?

The campaign runs from 15th July 2025 to 31st August 2025.

Q. How will I know if I’ve won?

HBL will contact winners directly on their registered contact details after the lucky draw is conducted.

Q. Are the prizes exchangeable or transferable?

No. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Q. Is there any fee for participating?

No. There is no additional fee for participating just use your HBL Mastercard Debit Card for eligible transactions.
