HBL Pay your bill Campaign is a promotional offer allowing payments of your outstanding HBL CreditCard balance from your available reward points.

Q. What is this campaign about and what is the redemption value?

This is a limited-time offer from 1st October 2025 to 31st October 2025 that allows you to use your accumulated HBL reward points to pay off a portion of your outstanding credit card bill.

When you redeem your points under this offer, the value is 1 reward point = PKR 0.25. For example, redeeming 20,000 reward points will allow you to pay off PKR 5,000 of your outstanding bill.

Q. Is there a minimum number of points I need to redeem?

Yes, a minimum of 10,000 reward points is required to avail this offer.

Q. Can I redeem any number of points?

No, you can only redeem reward points in multiples of 10,000 points. For instance, you can redeem 10,000 points, 20,000 points, 30,000 points, and so on.

Q. Is there a maximum number of points I can redeem?

Yes, the maximum number of points you can redeem depends on your card type. The limits are as follows:

HBL Platinum CreditCard: Maximum 600,000 points (worth PKR 150,000)
HBL Gold CreditCard: Maximum 400,000 points (worth PKR 100,000)
HBL Green CreditCard: Maximum 300,000 points (worth PKR 75,000)

Q. Which HBL Cards are eligible for this offer?

All HBL CreditCards are eligible for this promotion, except for the HBL FuelSaver CreditCards.

Q. Can I redeem my points for cash or another product?

No, under this specific promotion, your reward points can only be redeemed to pay off the outstanding balance on your HBL CreditCard.

Q. How do I redeem my reward points to pay my bill?

You can redeem your points via HBL Contact Centre: Simply call 111-111-425 and a representative will assist you with the redemption.

Q. What happens if my points don't cover my full outstanding balance?

The redeemed amount will be adjusted against your outstanding balance, and you will be required to pay the remaining balance as per your regular bill.

Q. Can I redeem my points if I have no outstanding balance?

No, this campaign is specifically for settling your outstanding credit card bill. If you have no outstanding balance, the "Pay Your Bill" campaign cannot be availed.

The settlement will be reflected in your credit card statement. You can view it on the HBL Mobile app, E-Statements, and physical monthly statements.
