• HBL Pay your Bill Campaign is a promotional offer allowing payment of your outstanding balance from your available reward points.
• The promotion is valid from 1st October – 31st October 2026. No request will be entertained after expiry of campaign period.
• All HBL CreditCards, except HBL FuelSaver Credit Card are eligible for this offer.
• Reward Points can only be redeemed against the outstanding balance of your HBL CreditCard under this promotion.
• The minimum outstanding balance of your HBL CreditCard must be PKR 2,500 to avail this offer.
• Any payments less than outstanding balance will be considered as a partial payment. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay the complete bill to avoid any charge(s).
• A minimum of 10,000 reward points is required to avail this offer.
• Reward points may only be redeemed in multiple of 10,000 points.
• Pay your Bill Campaign cannot be availed in case of zero outstanding balance.
• Your HBL CreditCard must be active and in normal status at the time of the request. Cards which are blocked, delinquent or over limit are not eligible for this offer.
• Redemption request can be placed through HBL Contact Centre at 021-111-111-425 or through the HBL Mobile App.
• Reward points redeemed cannot exceed the reward points available on your HBL CreditCard at the time of the request.
• Any redemption request which results in a credit balance on your HBL CreditCard shall not be entertained.
• In cases where the redemption amount is below the customer’s bill, the additional amount has to be paid by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay the remaining balance by the payment due date to avoid late payment and finance charge(s).
• The processing timeline for the redemption request is instant. The redeemed amount will be applied as reward cash back on your HBL CreditCard and will be reflected in the next statement.
• Once processed, a redemption request cannot be cancelled or reversed, and reward points shall not be reinstated at the customer's request.
• Reward points of supplementary card(s) are pooled with the primary card. Redemption request shall be accepted from the primary cardholder only.
• In case of any dispute, the decision of HBL shall be final.

• Incase points redeemed exceeds maximum capping, reversal of excess points will be arranged as per the Bank's policy. Narration will be reflected on the HBL App accordingly.
