HBL BankingAlerts allows you to stay updated on your account activity such as change in balance, new deposit confirmations, cheque’s status and also provides notifications when you use your HBL DebitCard.
This is a value added service which instantly provides updates of various account activities. Real-time alerts help identify any unauthorized transactions which are not carried out by you.
You can also call HBL Phone Banking to have the service activated from your registered mobile number.
A: With this service you will be able to get SMS alerts on your transactions, on your mobile number registered with HBL.

A: Yes, your accounts / cards can be linked to provide access on same mobile number.
Please note that if any of these accounts are corporate / business / partnership / Joint with “AND” option accounts, then you will not receive alerts.
A: It takes maximum 2 working days to be registered, depending on the number of accounts for which the service is to be activated.
A: You will receive alerts within 30 minutes for all bank account related transactions, and within 5 minutes for debit card transactions.
A: No, you will not receive HBL BankingAlerts on email.
A: If you are already enrolled for HBL BankingAlerts no further steps are required. You will start receiving alerts within 1 working day of registeration.
