                The Government of Pakistan, in its mission to promote affordable housing finance, has launched the 'Mera Ghar Mera Ashiana' (MGMA) scheme, and the State Bank of Pakistan has rolled out the initiative — a profit subsidy and risk-sharing program designed to make home financing more accessible
HBL offers this facility through its Shariah-compliant home financing solution. This product allows individuals to build or buy ready-to-live homes using the Shirkat-ul-Milk financing structure, ensuring affordability, convenience, and full alignment with Islamic banking principles.

| Purpose of Loan | • Purchase of a new house or flat. • Construction of a house on an already owned plot. • Purchase of a plot and construction of a house. | 
| Property Size | • House: Up to 5 Marla • Flat/Apartment: Up to 1360 sq. ft. | 
| Loan Tiers | • Tier 1: Up to PKR 2.0 Million • Tier 2: Above PKR 2.0 Million and up to PKR 3.5 Million | 
| Fixed End-User Rate | • Tier 1: 5% for first 10 years and variable at Kibor+3% for subsequent years • Tier 2: 8% for first 10 years and variable at Kibor+3% for subsequent years | 
| Maximum Loan Tenor | • 20 years (with the markup subsidy applicable for the first 10 years) | 
| Loan-to-Value (LTV) | • 90:10 Ratio (You contribute 10% of the property value as equity, the bank finances 90%) |
