As part of our customer services initiative, we have also transformed three out of six branches to serve people of determination with easy access to our branch network and services. Our Al Ain Branch, Sheikh Zayed Road Branch - Abu Dhabi, and Al Khail Mall Branch – Dubai are already revamped to serve the needs of people of determination.
For easy access, these branches have been upgraded with ramps & handrails, and accessible low-height CCDMs. The branch staff has also been trained to guide customers and offer priority queuing at the teller counters to enhance the experience of people with disabilities.
