The booking for the Meet & Greet service must be made at least (08) hours in advance
Customer can book the service for himself and on behalf of the passenger. Any extra booking after 2 complimentary services will be chargeable and to be paid by the customer through a debit/credit card.

Porter requirements will be carried by the Airport Porterage Services with the rate starting from AED 45.00+VAT. Service is subject to availability.
Escort to the Airport Exit
The Guest Service Agent will remain with the Passenger for a maximum of 10 minutes after exiting the Airport. It is the responsibility of the organization/person making the booking to ensure that his representative is at the airport on time to meet the Passenger.

Provision of Service
The Meet & Greet service booking must be made at least (08) hours in advance.
The request for the provision of services is processed exclusively for the benefit of the passenger/s for whom it has been booked and is valid only in respect of the date and flight number registered. Any changes in the date and flight information should be advised to Ahlan Services not less than eight (08) hours before the commencement of the required services.
The Dubai International Hotels (Ahlan Service Provider) retains the right to turn down any request for services at the time of the initial booking irrespective of how far in advance the request was made. This condition will only be applied when the DIH is fully booked for a particular flight or period of the day on any given date.
All requests for refunds and/or claims should be made in writing via e-mail or in person at the Ahlan Counter located at the arrivals level in terminal 1 and at the departures level in terminal 3 of the Dubai International Airports.
The Dubai International Hotels (Ahlan Service Provider) will not accept any liabilities for refunds and/or claims that are not made within (10) days from the date of the service provision.
All cancellation requests should be made (08) hours before the commencement of the services required. However, any cancellations made within (08) hours of the arrival of the passenger will be chargeable.
