​You can visit your nearest HBL branch and update your information by submitting a simple form.

You can use your HBL Visa Platinum DebitCard at any POS that accepts Visa cards. The merchant will insert or tap your card in the Point of Sale (POS) device for Chip verification and will ask you to enter your PIN. After your PIN is successfully validated, the transaction will be executed and you will receive the purchase slip from the POS. Do not forget to take your card & your transaction slip from the merchant. ​

HBL Visa Platinum DebitCard is internationally accepted at retail outlets where Visa cards are accepted. It is also acceptable at all ATMs abroad that carry the Visa or Plus logos. You can view your account details and withdraw cash with the same PIN that is used in your home country.​

Any fraudulent or disputed transaction on your HBL Visa Platinum DebitCard should be reported to HBL UAE Phone Banking +971 600 522 228. The bank will scrutinize the transaction and update you on the same.​

HBL Visa Platinum DebitCard provides a higher level of security when used at a chip-reading terminal. The technology in the chip makes it difficult for the card to be copied or counterfeited.​
