This campaign is only valid for All HBL Visa CreditCard customers from 15^th August 2026 till 15^th September 2026.

International transactions across E‑commerce and POS platforms, including but not limited to gaming, AI subscriptions, streaming services, cloud storage, social media, airlines, and hotels.

Terms & Conditions

1. These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") shall apply to eligible customers participating in the Spend Internationally and Get a Chance to Win Exciting Prizes (the "Campaign"). By spending internationally on your HBL Credit card during the Campaign Period, the eligible customer ("You") agrees to be bound by these T&Cs. This Campaign is organized by HBL.
2. The Spend Internationally and Get a Chance to Win Exciting Prizes campaign is a limited-time customer campaign valid from 15th August 2026 to 15th September 2026.
3. The Campaign shall remain valid for a period of 1 month commencing from 15th August 2026 to 15th September 2026 unless extended, amended, or terminated earlier at the sole discretion of the Bank. No giveaway will be given for transactions conducted after the mentioned campaign period.
4. The Campaign is open to active and eligible ETB & NTB HBL Credit Cardholders only. Cardholders with accounts in default, delinquency, or under any form of restriction may be excluded from participation at the Bank's discretion.
5. This campaign is limited to VISA creditcard holders. Mastercard Creditcard holders are not eligible for this campaign.
6. The Campaign shall be applicable exclusively to customers residing within Pakistan.
7. Employees of HBL and its subsidiaries shall not be eligible to participate in this Campaign.
8. This Campaign is a limited-time promotional offer. HBL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, suspend, withdraw, or terminate the Campaign which will be communicated to the customers prior to the change as per regulatory guidelines.
9. The Standard Terms and Conditions governing HBL Credit Cards shall continue to apply in addition to these Campaign-specific Terms and Conditions.
10. Customers achieving the following cumulative international spending thresholds during the Campaign Period shall qualify for entry into the computerized lucky draw:
• HBL Visa Platinum Credit Card: PKR 250,000 and above
• HBL Visa Gold Credit Card: PKR 125,000 and above
• HBL Visa Green Credit Card: PKR 50,000 and above
11. Eligible transactions shall include international Point of Sale (POS) and E-commerce transactions.
12. Qualifying transactions may include, but are not limited to, payments for gaming, artificial intelligence subscriptions, streaming services, cloud storage services, social media platforms, digital subscriptions, and other international merchant transactions.
13. Transactions incurred on supplementary cards shall be consolidated under the primary cardholder’s account for qualification purposes.
14. International transactions shall be converted into PKR at the applicable conversion rate determined by HBL.
15. Cash withdrawals, cash advances, and balance transfer transactions shall not be eligible under this Campaign.
16. Annual fees, service fees, finance charges, all applicable taxes, and other bank-imposed charges shall not be considered towards the spending criteria.
17. The standard FX fee of 4% and the applicable advance tax (For Pakistan region, Filer: 0.5% and NonFiler: 1%, For AJK Region, Filer: 0.55% and Non-Filer: 1.1%) on international transactions shall remain unchanged throughout the campaign period.
18. Transactions that are reversed, refunded, disputed, cancelled, fraudulent, or subject to chargeback shall not qualify for the Campaign.
19. Any transaction deemed suspicious or in violation of HBL’s policies may be disqualified at the sole discretion of HBL.
20. Customers meeting or exceeding the applicable spending threshold shall qualify for entry into the computerized lucky draw.
21. At the conclusion of the Campaign, thirty (30) winners shall be selected through a computerized lucky draw.
22. The prize distribution shall be as follows:
• Ten (10) HBL Visa Platinum Credit Card winners shall each receive an Apple iPhone 17.
• Ten (10) HBL Visa Gold Credit Card winners shall each receive an Apple MacBook Neo.
• Ten (10) HBL Visa Green Credit Card winners shall each receive a Smartwatch.
23. Winners shall be selected following the completion of the Campaign and verification of eligible transactions.
24. Giveaway fulfilment timelines may vary and shall remain subject to HBL’s internal verification and reconciliation processes.
25. HBL’s decision regarding winner selection and eligibility shall be final, conclusive, and binding.
26. The list of winners shall be announced through HBL’s official communication channels which include but are not limited to HBL’s social media platforms, emails, SMS or website.
27. Winners shall be contacted via their registered mobile number and/or email address available in HBL’s records.
28. If a winner cannot be contacted after three (3) attempts, HBL reserves the right to conduct a re-draw and select an alternate winner.
29. Prizes shall be non-transferable and may not be exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for cash.
30. HBL reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value, at its discretion.
31. HBL shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense, or liability incurred by any participant in connection with this Campaign or the prizes awarded.

33. Applicable taxes, duties, levies, and other government charges, if any, shall be borne by the winner unless otherwise specified by HBL.
34. HBL reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and to disqualify any entry in the event of fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
35. Participation in the Campaign is voluntary and does not create any contractual entitlement to giveaways.
36. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
37. Any disputes arising under the Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
