Upon receiving your HBL CreditCard, all you have to do is call HBL PhoneBanking at 111-111-425 to activate your card.

Where can I use my HBL CreditCard?
HBL CreditCard is accepted wherever the Visa/Plus/MasterCard/Cirrus logo is displayed at over 29 million locations in 210 countries around the world along with 50,000 merchants in Pakistan. You also have access to all ATMs carrying the “1-Link” or Plus logo in Pakistan and abroad.

How do I know if my application for HBL CreditCard has been declined?
In the event of your application being declined, you will receive a letter at your correspondence address. You can also check the status of your application by calling HBL PhoneBanking.

What should I do if my Card gets lost or damaged?
Immediately inform us by calling our 24-hour HBL PhoneBanking service at 111-111-425. We will instantly freeze all payments on your current card and a new card will be delivered to you.

How can I apply for a Supplementary HBL CreditCard?
You can request for a Supplementary card application form by calling at 111-111-425 or by visiting any of our HBL branches in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Faisalabad, Hyderabad, Sialkot, Gujranwala and Peshawar. You can get the relevant information from our sales representative who will assist you in filling the application form.

How will I know the amount I have to pay?
Your monthly Card statement shows your outstanding balance, the minimum amount due and the payment due date. You can avail the same information from HBL PhoneBanking at 111-111-425.

How do I pay my HBL CreditCard bill?
You can pay via:
Drop cheques at the 'drop box' facility at specified HBL branches and ATM centers.
Cash payments accepted at specified HBL branches during banking hours.
'Direct Debit' facility through which the outstanding balance gets automatically deducted from your account based on your prior instructions.

Do I have to clear my entire outstanding balance at the end of each month?
You can either pay the entire outstanding amount or as low as 5% of your total outstanding balance.

What do I do if I want to lodge a complaint?
You may call HBL PhoneBanking anytime at 111-111-425 to lodge your complaint. Accordingly, we’ll provide you with a complaint number.

The estimated time for complaint resolution is a maximum of 45 days. However, HBL will strictly ensure that your complaints are resolved in a prompt manner.
